Self-pickup — free of charge.
Pickup is available by prior arrangement.

Delivery within Ukraine (Nova Poshta) — according to carrier rates.
We ship to branches, parcel lockers, or by courier.

International delivery — upon agreement.
Cost and delivery method are discussed individually.

• Payment is made to the Learn&Dream Shop bank account.
• After placing an order, you will receive the payment details and total amount.
• The invoice is valid for 3 business days.

• You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with consumer protection law.
• The item must be unused and include its complete set of components.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a store error.

❗ Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
For example: custom name sets, personalized products

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your bank card within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
• If the item was defective or an error was made by the store — we cover all shipping costs.
