According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the buyer has the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions for exchange and return

The product is eligible for exchange or return under the following conditions:

  1. The product has not been used and shows no signs of use.
  2. The complete set of the product is preserved.
  3. The product has original packaging, tags and labels (if applicable).
  4. No more than 14 days have passed since receiving the product.

❗ Custom-made products of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange.
(For example: personalized items, individual name sets, etc.)

Exchange or return procedure

  1. Inform us about your intention to return or exchange the product by phone: 067 612-92-12.
  2. After confirmation, send the product via a delivery service and provide the shipment tracking number.
  3. After receiving and checking the product, an exchange or refund will be processed.

The delivery cost for returns or exchanges is paid by the buyer if the return is not related to a store error. If the product has a defect or the store made a mistake — delivery costs are covered by the seller.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the buyer’s bank card within 3–5 working days after the seller receives and inspects the product.
