This agreement is an official and public offer of the Seller to conclude a purchase and sale agreement for Goods presented on the website learndreamshop.com. This agreement is public, meaning that according to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity or sole proprietor) without giving preference to any buyer. By concluding this Agreement, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, returns, liability for improper orders and all other conditions. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button on the Checkout page and receives electronic confirmation from the Seller.

1. Definitions

1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter — “Offer”) — a public proposal of the Seller addressed to an unlimited number of persons to conclude a remote purchase agreement under the terms of this Offer.

1.2. Goods or Service — the subject of the agreement selected by the Buyer on the website and placed in the cart or already purchased remotely.

1.3. Online Store — the Seller’s website www.learndreamshop.com created for retail and wholesale purchase agreements via the Internet.

1.4. Buyer — a legally capable individual aged 18 or older, legal entity or sole proprietor placing an order for non-business purposes.

1.5. Seller — Sole Proprietor Kulychenko Yaroslava Mykolaivna (Tax ID 3381509268), acting under Ukrainian law.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods.

2.2. The date of acceptance is the date of order submission and confirmation received electronically from the Seller.

3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer independently places an order via the cart, email or phone.

3.2. The Seller may refuse an order if the provided information is incomplete or suspicious.

3.3. The Buyer must provide:

3.3.1. Full name;
3.3.2. Delivery address;
3.3.3. Contact phone number;
3.3.4. Identification code for legal entities or entrepreneurs.

3.4. Product name, quantity, SKU and price are indicated in the cart.

3.5–3.9. By placing an order the Buyer confirms agreement with this Offer and consents to personal data processing according to Ukrainian law.

4. Price and Delivery

4.1. Prices are set by the Seller and indicated in UAH including VAT.

4.2. Prices may change except for already paid items.

4.3–4.5. Delivery cost is paid by the Buyer according to carrier tariffs.

4.6. Payment obligations are fulfilled once funds reach the Seller’s account.

4.7. Payment methods are listed in the “Payment and Delivery” section.

4.8–4.10. Ownership and risk transfer to the Buyer upon receipt or transfer to the carrier.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. Seller obligations include delivering goods and protecting personal data.

5.2. The Seller may change terms and prices unilaterally.

5.3. The Buyer must review terms and provide accurate information.

6. Returns

6.1. The Buyer may return non-food goods of proper quality within 14 days if unused and with original condition preserved.

6.2. Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days after receipt by the Seller.

6.3. Refunds are made via bank transfer.

6.4. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

6.5–6.8. Warranty claims are handled according to Ukrainian law. Custom-made goods with individual characteristics are non-returnable.

7. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or incorrect information provided by the Buyer. Parties are released from liability in case of force majeure.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

8.1–8.3 Personal data is processed according to Ukrainian law.

9. Other Terms

This agreement is governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or court.
